ISLAMABAD: According to Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi, the judiciary depends on the bar’s assistance in administering justice, and a solid working relationship between the bench and the bar is necessary for this to happen.
At the Supreme Court, the top justice met with representatives of bar groups and told them about his experiences traveling to isolated areas.
He said that other districts may learn from the Ghotki Judicial Complex’s first-rate amenities. The Federal Judicial Academy will begin offering attorneys specialized training programs.
Additionally, the top justice ordered the Law and Justice Commission to provide bar groups a one-million rupee award.
The chief justice vowed to resolve the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Bar’s concerns and offered to provide video link facilities to the Multan Bar, according to the statement.
The statement underlined that for the legal system to improve, all parties involved must work together. The top justice reaffirmed his dedication to bolstering the legal system and expanding access to justice.
