LAHORE (Web Desk) – Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has stated that the government is doing all necessary to help young people learn contemporary skills.

He remarked this while chairing a review meeting in Lahore on Sunday about providing ICT training to 300,000 Pakistani youth in conjunction with Huawei Technologies.

Members of the Huawei Technologies delegation also attended the meeting.

Several strategies were proposed to impart digital skills to the kids as well as world-class IT training.

The conference evaluated the implementation of agreements signed with Huawei Technologies in China last year.

Huawei Technologies representatives underlined their commitment to establishing advanced training programs in Pakistan.

Under this project, Huawei Technologies will teach kids in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and other modern technologies.

The prime minister was informed that 300,000 Pakistani youngsters will obtain online training. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will officially open the ICT training platform to achieve this purpose.

It is important to note that Huawei Technologies has already taught 20,315 students through this effort.

Shehbaz Sharif has instructed the development of this effort to all provinces, including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
