According to Dunya News, dense fog in many towns throughout Punjab, including Lahore, has hampered traffic movement on Monday and Tuesday nights.

According to details, visibility has decreased due to dense fog on main roads in plain areas across the province, resulting in the closure of the Lahore Motorway (M2) from Thokar Niaz Baig to Kot Momin, the Motorway M3 from Faizpur to Samundari, the Motorway M5 from Sher Shah Interchange to Jalalpur, and the Motorway M11 from Lahor to Sialkot.

The motorway police have urged cars to travel on the Grand Trunk (GT) Road. They have also advised vehicles to drive slowly and to use fog lights.

The highway police have also asked people to stay at home and avoid unnecessary travel. Due to reduced visibility, dense fog has also affected traffic on the National Highway at various locations around the province.
