Pakistan has reported four more deaths caused by a novel coronavirus in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of confirmed positive cases to 1,524,973. On Friday, the number of Pakistani fatalities reached 30,359 people.
According to the most recent National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) data, 180 people tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
In terms of fatalities, Punjab remains the worst-affected province, followed by Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
So far, the epidemic has claimed the lives of 13,557 people in Punjab, 8097 in Sindh, 6,321 in KP, 1,023 in Islamabad, 792 in Azad Kashmir, 378 in Balochistan, and 191 in Gilgit Baltistan.
