LAHORE: Maryam Nawaz, Vice-President of the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), has alleged that the protesting Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) demanded safe passage from the coalition government.

During a press conference today, Maryam Nawaz claimed that the PTI, lead by Imran Khan, had gotten itself into serious problems by announcing the lengthy march, and that it had sought a safe passage from the government after failing to gain public support.
