MIAN CHANNU/KAMALIA: – On Sunday, at least two individuals were killed and two more were injured in separate vehicle incidents in Kamalia and Mian Channu,

The first accident happened on Kamalia’s Chichawatni Road, when a speeding dumper collided with a rickshaw, killing one person on the spot and wounding two others.

Police and rescue crews arrived on the scene and transported the deceased and wounded to the Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) hospital. The dead has been identified as Usman, according to rescue sources. The dumpers were confiscated by police, but the driver managed to flee the site following the crash.

The second tragedy occurred in Mian Channu, when a recklessly driven truck collided with a motorbike, killing one person on the spot.

After being notified, police and rescue services arrived on the scene and transported the deceased to the hospital. The vehicle has been confiscated, and the driver has been apprehended.
