On Monday, a sizable group of JUI-F activists and fans reached the Red Zone by climbing a gate and getting past other barriers, forcing FC and police employees to move aside.

After busting through the gate that the administration had sealed to prevent them from entering, the activists, who were armed with clubs, showed up in huge numbers and entered the restricted area. The issue arose when negotiations between Maulana Fazl and the PML-N officials about the protest site fell down.
