Imran Khan, Chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), severely criticised the demolition of the Jinnah House in Lahore during his party’s protest on Friday following his arrest in a fraud case.

During his hearing before the Lahore High Court (LHC), he informed journalists that such activities had given Pakistan a bad name, adding, “It should not have happened what was witnessed on May 9.”

After the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) held Imran Khan on the premises of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) in the Al-Qadir Trust case, violent protests occurred in cities across the country, including Lahore, Karachi, Multan, and Gujranwala.
