On June 3 (Saturday), Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will attend Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s swearing-in ceremony in Ankara, Turkey.

A substantial advancement in bilateral relations has occurred with the premier accepting President Erdogan’s invitation to travel to Turkiye. On May 28, Erdogan was re-elected to his position.

Prime Minister Shehbaz will go to Turkiye on June 3, the foreign office’s spokeswoman Mumtaz Zehra Baloch announced during a weekly briefing on Wednesday.

PM Shehbaz would extend an invitation to President Erdogan to visit Pakistan during his stay.
