On Friday, at least two people were killed and 12 others were injured after a vehicle crashed down a ravine in Shahdadkot, Sindh province.

According to sources, the tragedy happened on the M8 Motorway in Wangu, near Shahdadkot, when a van flipped owing to over-speeding and went off the road, falling into a steep valley, killing two people on the scene and wounding 12 others.

The unfortunate vehicle was on its route from Khuzdar to Shahdadkot. Rescue squads and FC officials arrived on the scene and transported the deceased and injured to hospitals. According to rescue services, women and children were among the injured.
