In the Shadman police station attack case, PTI leader Dr. Yasmin Rashid and 34 other defendants submitted bail pleas on Friday. The hearing was postponed to June 12 by an anti-terrorism court in Punjab’s capital.

The prosecution team informed ATC Judge Ejaz Ahmed Buttar that the investigation officer, who holds the case record, was in the federal capital and begged him to defer the case as the hearing commenced.

The case was postponed until June 12 by the judge, who ordered a record of the proceedings.

Recall that Ms. Rashid’s attorney provided justifications in the bail petition. She and others were charged with setting fire to the Shadman police stations.
