Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah presented a Rs2,244 billion budget to the Sindh Assembly on Saturday, promising that the PPP will restore stability to the country.

With an allocation of Rs150 billion for those devastated by the disastrous floods in August last year, he stated that the province government’s priority was development and assistance for the people.

He stated that floods caused a $10 billion loss in homes in Sindh, and that relief was provided evenly among those affected. “We have allocated Rs556million for the operation and maintenance of mobile hospitals,” he added.
