Actor Treat Williams from American movies and television perished in a motorbike accident in Vermont on Monday afternoon. He was 71.
According to reports from international news organisations, the Golden Globe-nominated veteran, who was best known for his roles in the musical dramedy “Hair,” Steven Spielberg’s “1941,” and the TV series “Everwood,” in a career spanning close to 50 years, died as a result of a motorbike accident in Dorset, Vermont.
