Data provided to Reuters on Thursday by a Pakistani investigating agency revealed that there were at least 209 Pakistani “victims” on the overloaded boat that overturned and sank in open waters near Greece.
The Federal Investigation Agency’s data revealed that 181 of the missing people were from Pakistan and 28 were from Pakistan-administered Kashmir. It also stated that 201 families’ DNA samples had been collected by officials to assist Greece in locating the missing people.
