On Monday, July 3, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held a cabinet meeting to go over a nine-point agenda.

The summit will also discuss the subject of extending the stay of Afghan refugees in Pakistan, sources said on Saturday.

The two-year extension for the Afghan refugees had terminated on June 30. The Home Ministry, however, has argued for a further six-month extension.
