Jamaat-e-Islami head Sirajul Haq demanded on Monday that the government reveal the specifics of its recent agreement with the IMF.
He claimed that thirteen political parties could not restore the economy, and that the coalition government’s fifteen-month performance was below average.
Mr Haq went on to say that in 75 years, the country’s riches have been mercilessly robbed, noting that only the rulers’ sugar mills have grown while the common people have become impoverished, and that the only option for true change is Jamaat-e-Islami.
