In the nation’s capital, a district and session court has overruled a civil judge’s decision to deny a petition challenging the nikkah of the PTI chairman with Bushra Bibi.

Sessions Judge Azam Khan rendered a thorough decision and remanded the case to the civil court. He gave the court the order to consider all legal considerations when making its decision.

On May 13, Civil Judge Nasir Minullah ruled that Muhammad Hanif’s petition, which sought to have the marriage of the former prime minister and Bushra Bibi declared invalid, was inadmissible.
