The death of Alamgir Khan Tareen was mourned by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Istehkam-e-Pakistan (IPP) patron-in-chief Jahangir Tareen on Saturday.

At a meeting with Tareen at his home, the PM offered his sympathies. Nauman Langrial and Awn Chaudhry’s special assistant were also present.

He prayed for his descendants’ perseverance and offered fateha for the soul of the deceased.

Awn Chaudhry and Nauman Langrial, however, will still be working for the government, according to Tareen, who denied reports that they were leaving.
