On Sunday, the Supreme Court reinstated the initial hearing for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman’s bail request in the Quetta lawyer murder case.

Justice Yahya Afridi will preside over a three-person bench that will hear the case tomorrow, which is Monday. Justice Musarrat Hilali and Justice Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi make up the other two members of the bench.

On the three-member bench, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar will be replaced by Justice Musarrat Hilali.

This modification follows the bench’s reconstitution to hear the Friday cause list.
