Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif received a phone call on Monday from Punjab Governor Muhammad Baligh Ur Rehman.

According to a press statement from the PM Office Media Wing, the discussion covered the state of the nation generally, administrative issues, and the law and order situation in Punjab province.

Separately, the prime minister was visited by a group of prominent politicians led by former province minister Rana Mashood.

They talked on the nation’s political climate at the time.
