Ali Muhammad Khan, the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), received bail from the Peshawar High Court on Thursday in connection with his arrest under the 3MPO.

Justices Aijaz Anwar and Fazal Subhan, who were sitting as a two-person bench, took up the PTI leader’s argument. Ali Muhammad Khan’s bail was approved by the court after some preliminary arguments, and his immediate release was mandated.

Additionally, the court appointed Deputy Commissioner Mardan to appear at the August 8 hearing.
