On Tuesday, Vice President of the Republic of Turkey Cevdet Yilmaz arrived in Pakistan for a two-day official visit, during which he and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif would jointly launch the fourth MILGEM Class Corvette, PNS Tariq, at the Karachi Shipyard.

The fourth MILGEM Class Corvette, PNS Tariq, will be launched on Wednesday, according to a Foreign Office statement.

The MILGEM project, which began in 2018, aims to build four Corvettes for the Pakistan Navy, two in Pakistan and two in Turkey.
