The Islamabad High Court (IHC) reserved its decision on the petition challenging the admission of the Toshakhana case on Thursday.

Tomorrow (Friday), the decision is expected to be made public.

The hearing tomorrow will also determine if the motion to reinstate the right to defend can be considered in the trial court.

In addition, the court will rule on the plea to transfer the PTI chairman’s case to another court.
