The Pakistan Railways down track, which had been stopped following the fatal accident of the Hazara Express at Sirhari Railway Station in Nawabshah, was reopened after roughly 18 hours on Monday.
Local authorities worked for 13 hours to remove at least 11 bogies of the Hazara Express train from the track. Following the reinstatement of the down track, the trains halted at several stations before departing for Karachi.
The Karachi-bound Green Line train, according to railway officials, has been dispatched to Karachi. Following the Hazara Express accident, the Green Line Express train was forced to stop at Nawabshah station.
Aside from that, the Hazara Express from Havelian to Karachi has begun its journey.
