The Islamabad High Court postponed hearing on a petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman seeking instruction for competent authorities to transfer him from Attock to Adiala Jail till Friday.

The case was heard by Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Aamir Farooq. Sher Afzal Marwat, the PTI chairman’s counsel, appeared in court.

During the hearing, the PTI chairman’s lawyer mentioned the subject of Khawaja Haris being called by the FIA as well. The IHC chief justice stated that he was aware of the situation. “Let me look into it from an administrative standpoint, if I find anything (illegal),” he said. I will request that you submit an application.”
