The National Assembly has been dissolved officially by the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs.

The National Assembly and Cabinet were dissolved after Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s summary was signed by President Dr. Arif Alvi.

To dissolve the assembly in accordance with Article 58-1 of the Constitution, the president gave his permission.

All legal requirements for dissolving the assembly have been satisfied upon notification’s issue.
