Today in 21 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa (KP), voting for local government by-elections to fill various vacancies began.

The places in the village and neighborhood councils became vacant.

Peshawar, Noshera, Charsaddah, Khyber, Mardan, Kohat, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Dera Ismail Khan, Tank, Abbotabad, Haripur, Mansehra, Battagram, Torghar, Swat, Shangla, Malakand, Dir Upper, Dir Lower, and Bajaur are all conducting voting right now.

In 21 districts, there are 256 polling places where 385,835 voters will exercise their right to vote.

Up to 159 voting places have been designated as the most sensitive, while 84 more have been designated as sensitive.
