Tomorrow, the SC will hear the Toshakahana case’s appeal

Tomorrow (Tuesday), the Supreme Court will hear the Toshakhana case.

The PTI appeal challenging the judgment rendered by the Lahore High Court in the Toshakhana case will be heard by a three-member Supreme Court bench headed by Justice Ijazul Ahsan.

The Lahore High Court had ruled that the government’s practice of auctioning off Toshakhana objects for certain people was unlawful, and the PTI administration had appealed the LHC ruling to the Supreme Court.
