In connection with the Federal Judicial Complex violence case, an anti-terrorism court on Friday prolonged Chaudhry Parvez Elahi’s detention until October 24.

The former chief minister was presented before court Shahrukh Arjumand thanks to ATC judge Abul Hasnaat Zulqarain’s leave of absence.

The investigation officer stated that a challan and notice had been received for Parvez Elahi when the judge asked if the challan for Elahi had been submitted during Friday’s hearings. The court staff stated that just an extension in the remand was required.
