GUJRANWALA: In the midst of the continuing hot and muggy weather, residents of several Gujranwala neighborhoods held a protest on Friday night against unexpected and unscheduled loadshedding.

Details indicate that Khurd Kalan and Jhagraywali localities have been without energy for a few days. The locals have asked the relevant authorities to address the problem on several occasions. The locals protested in front of the Alam Chowk Grid Station at the Grand Trunk (GT) Road after receiving no encouraging response.
