ISLAMABAD – The Islamabad High Court overturned CDA’s order to seal the PTI office and ordered the administration to unlock it immediately.

The court also ordered the PTI to implement fire-prevention measures in the structure.

The PTI agrees to make ten arrangements with CDA authorities.

The IHC ordered PTI to add a fire pump, separate water tanks, a manual alarm system, a gas detector to safeguard the kitchen, emergency numbers, and regular electrical wiring throughout the structure.

It is worth noting that the CDA anti-encroachment team, in coordination with the district administration, initiated an operation to clear alleged encroachments and unauthorized constructions from the PTI’s central secretariat.
