LAHORE: In response to a petition requesting information about proceedings filed against PTI founder Imran Khan, the Lahore High Court has sent notices to the parties involved.
The NAB, FIA, Anti-Corruption, and police are listed as respondents in the plea, which was heard by a two-member panel chaired by Justice Shams Mahmood Mirza.
In his plea, Imran Khan claimed that even though he had been granted bail in every instance, the NAB had re-arrested him as his release approached.
The petitioner has asked the Lahore High Court for access to all cases, inquiries, and detention orders that have been filed.
