ISLAMABAD – On Monday, a Rawalpindi accountability court opted not to rule on the £190 million charge brought against PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi.

The court officials notified the PTI attorneys of the judgment on Sunday. The next hearing date will be announced later.

Earlier, on Wednesday (December 18), the court reserved the verdict after the trial was completed. Judge Nasir Javed Rana heard the case in Adiala Jail, and the defense attorney ended his arguments.

The last session lasted around eight hours and fifteen minutes, during which PTI founder and Bushra Bibi were present in court. Later, the judge set December 23 as the date for announcing the ruling.

The NAB lawyer had finished his arguments on Tuesday. The trial lasted for a year.
