ISLAMABAD (Channel News) : Sheikh Rashid Ahmed, the leader of the Awami Muslim League, stated on Wednesday that Imran Khan’s health was unaffected by the decision in the 190 million-pound lawsuit.
Sheikh Rashid emphasized that he would not lie about the 190 million-pound lawsuit as he spoke to the journalists outside the Supreme Court. He underlined that without the establishment of a judicial body, conversations are pointless and cited Imran Khan as stating, “Decisions are made in the heavens.”
He went on to say that he had no direct communication with anyone and that any further discussions required the agreement of the judicial committee.
Sheikh Rashid noted that attorney Sardar Razik appeared for the petition in the issue pertaining to the voting rights of Pakistanis living abroad. However, the justices decided to hear the matter after two weeks, delaying their day in court once again.
Rashid emphasized how crucial it is to provide Pakistanis living abroad the ability to vote.
