ISLAMABAD — Shireen Mazari, a PTI veteran, bid farewell to politics during a news conference on Tuesday, in a significant shift in the country’s politics.

She also denounced the unrest that occurred on May 9 after the imprisonment of former Prime Minister Imran Khan. She said that her family was her first focus.

In the aftermath of PTI farewell, PTI leader Imran Khan discovered a new tendency he called “forced divorces.”

Liberty was distant.

Earlier, PTI leader Shireen Mazari was detained for the sixth time outside a judicial magistrate’s court in Kharian, just after the court released her.

Gujrat police detained the PTI leader after she was released from Adiala Jail on Monday. On May 11, she was detained in Kharian in connection with a charge filed against her. She is accused of instigating the people and taking part in a protest march against Pakistan on May 10 in Kharian.

On Tuesday, Dr. Mazari appeared in the court of Judicial Magistrate Akhtar Ali. Dr. Mazari’s counsel informed the court that she was not present during the rally and had never before visited Kharian. After hearing the arguments, the magistrate ordered Dr. Mazari’s immediate release.

After her release, a video leaked in the media showing the PTI leader being driven away by unidentified personnel in a vehicle with no number plate on the court grounds.
