The Anti-Corruption Establishment has filed a case against Uzma Khan, one of the PTI chairman’s sisters, for allegedly transferring 300 kanals of land to her name using forged documents.

Uzma committed this fraudulent transaction at Chak No 7/2 Thal Janobi and Chak 11/2 Thal Janobi in Athara Hazari, a tehsil in Jhang district, according to the Anti-Corruption Establishment.

In the first information report, eight other people were nominated, including the tehsildar, naib tehsildar, patwari, and other staff of the local land record centre.

Meanwhile, the Anti-Corruption Establishment already has two nominees: a naib tehsildar and a patwari.
