ISLAMABAD ( Channel NewsPakistan) : Rana Sanaullah, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Political Affairs, has denied rumors that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif was preventing the release of the notice for the appointment of the Chief of Defence Forces (CDF).

Sanaullah told Geo News on Monday that Nawaz has never stated such views against the CDF.
“His words are needlessly tied to this situation. “His remarks were made in a different context, and the background of what he said that day was different,” he continued.

The PML-N leader said that all constitutional revisions were passed with Nawaz’s approval as party president.

Sanaullah stated that a new CDF institution will be founded and that it would “be a very important” organization.
