MUZAFFARABAD, — Channel News reported on Thursday that the Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Legislative Assembly has been called to assemble on August 3 (Tuesday).
The new-elected members of the AJK Legislative Assembly will take the oath of office in Muzaffarabad. Shah Ghulam Qadir, Speaker of the AJK Legislative Assembly, will give the oath to the newly elected members.
Following the oath-taking ceremony, the speaker and deputy speaker will be elected. The Secretariat of the Legislative Assembly has informed all newly-elected members of the Assembly about the meeting in order to ensure attendance.
