On the 23rd and 24th of February 2022, Prime Minister Imran Khan will undertake an official visit to Russia at the request of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The centrepiece of Prime Minister Khan’s visit will be a bilateral summit, which he will attend with a high-level group that includes members of his cabinet.
Pakistan and Russia have cordial ties based on mutual respect, trust, and agreement on a variety of international and regional problems.
The two leaders will evaluate the whole range of bilateral ties, including energy cooperation, during the Summit meeting, according to a news statement released today by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
