Imran Khan is using ‘foreign plot’ to explain his coup, according to Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
In a tweet, Bilawal Bhutto said that the DG ISPR will clarify whether the 197 members of the National Assembly (NA) were declared traitors and participants in a foreign plot at the NSC meeting, and whether the foreign office or the defence ministry can produce any official correspondence from the 7th to the 27th on the foreign conspiracy.
“Certainly, our own intelligence services and other institutions, not merely an ambassador’s cable, would have unearthed a conspiracy of this magnitude.” The PPP Chairman continued, “Imran’s ego is not more essential than Pakistan.”
