The Islamabad High Court (IHC) directed the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Thursday to make a decision on the foreign funding case against the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) within 30 days.

While issuing a safe verdict, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani of the Islamabad High Court announced the Election Commission’s decision.

The IHC also denied the PTI’s request to stop providing the record of the foreign funding case to Akbar S. Babar and to separate Akbar S. Babar from the proceedings of the prohibited funding case in the judgement.
