Shazia Marri, Federal Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Security, stated on Saturday that Imran Khan must apologise for the Masjid-e-Nabvi incident and abstain from invading the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) over the PTI’s foreign financing matter.
She added during a news briefing at the Karachi Press Club that the ECP was at a critical point in the foreign funding procedures.
While strongly denouncing the Masjid-e-Nabvi tragedy, Shazia Marri stated that Imran Khan has ruined the face of our community and culture. She said that derogatory language was used towards cabinet members, including a female minister, at the Masjid-e-Nabvi. She said that previous cabinet members were in support of the heinous crime. ‘Enough is enough,’ declared Sahzia Marri, warning Imran Khan to play politics within specific parameters.
