The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has issued a written decision to remove 25 Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) dissident members from the Punjab Assembly.
The Election Commission reached a unanimous decision based on the Supreme Court’s interpretation of Article 63A. The decision runs to 23 pages.
According to the Election Commission’s judgement, members voted for the opposition candidate in the Punjab Chief Minister election.
