Shah Mohammad, a minister from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), has been disqualified by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
According to facts, the minister was disqualified for five years by the election commission for disrupting law and order during local body elections in Baka Khel.
While the ECP held Shah Mohammad and his son liable for the rioting and attacks on polling booths, they were both disqualified.
The polling process in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Bannu district’s Baka Khel tehsil was delayed during local body elections as the security situation in the tehsil became out of hand.
