Cynthia D Richie, an American journalist residing in Pakistan, is said to have joined Pakistan Television (PTV), according to a statement released by the state broadcaster on Monday.
Cynthia Richie, a filmmaker and writer, has joined PTV and will be a member of PTV World in the future, according to the state-owned corporation.
PTV news quickly removed this tweet, but Cynthia verified her membership in the PTV on her own handle.
