RAWALPINDI – During an operation in the Thal region of North Waziristan District on Tuesday, security forces killed two militants.
Security Forces launched an Intelligence Based Operation (IBO) on the suspected presence of terrorists in Thal, North Waziristan, according to a statement released by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Two terrorists, Ghayoor and Bahauddin, were killed on the scene during an intensive exchange of fire.
The terrorists were also found to have a large stash of firearms and ammo.
Terrorist acts against security forces, target killings, and abduction for ransom were among the terrorists slain.
