In Balochistan, a coal worker is killed by a landslide.

A coal miner was murdered when a landslide struck a coal mine in the Balochistan province of Dukki.

The coal miner was removing coal from deep under the mine when the avalanche struck, killing him on the spot, according to reports. Local miners and rescue workers retrieved the deceased body from the mine and transported it to the district headquarters hospital in Dukki.

Abdul Haleem, an Afghan native, was recognised as the deceased miner. Following the completion of the requisite administrative processes, the miner’s body was sent to Afghanistan.
