The Tareen faction has decided not to attend the PTI rally on March 27.

On Friday, the Jahangir Tareen group of unhappy Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) officials decided not to attend the ruling party’s March 27 rally.

The Tareen Group convened a consultative meeting in Lahore, the province capital.

During the meeting, the members told Jahangir Tareen that it was not up to the provincial ministers to handle our difficulties, and that only the federal team or the Prime Minister would hold discussions.

According to sources familiar with the situation, the group agreed at the discussion not to attend the PTI conference in Islamabad.
