LAHORE, Pakistan – The Pakistan Muslim League – Quaid-e-Azam (PML-Q) leadership expressed its clear stance to the government in a discussion discussing the change in position conducted with Liaquat Ansari.
The PML-Q leadership, according to information, asked that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) administration tell them of the head positions of ministries in Punjab.
The PML-Q said in a meeting with Federal Ministers Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Pervez Khattak, Chaudhry Parvez Elahi, Monis Elahi, and Tariq Bashir Cheema, that there should be no ambiguous guarantees on Punjab’s main ministries, and that a definite statement is required.
The government team has requested that the Prime Minister finally tell the leadership of the PML-Q of the decision.
The PML-Q stated in front of the government delegation that the deal established on the first day as an alliance had not been honoured. The PML-Q team questioned when the administration contacted the coalition parties, other than in times of difficulty or crisis.
As a result, the government must outline the foundation for future ties.
