PM Shehbaz writes to Putin on boosting bilateral ties.

In response to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s congratulations greeting, Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif penned a letter on Sunday thanking him.

According to reports, while expressing a desire to further develop Pak-Russia bilateral relations, PM Shehbaz stated that Pakistan would want to collaborate with Russia on the Afghanistan issue.

It is worth noting that President Putin wrote to PM Shehbaz last week to congratulate him on his election as Prime Minister.

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister will go to Saudi Arabia for the first time since taking office on April 27 alongside Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) president Maulana Fazlur Rehman.
